It was an intensive two days, as representatives from 27 civil society organisations met probably for the first time locally to discuss in detail the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The consultation dubbed “National Views on the Sustainable Development Goals and the SAMOA Pathway” was held from November 29-30, 2016 at the Golden Palm Events Centre in Rodney Heights. This important consultation organized by the Coalition of Civil Society Organisations of Saint Lucia in collaboration with the Saint Lucia National Trust was made possible with funding from the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme (GEF-SGP) implemented by the United Nations Development Programme.
